Finish Options

Application Methods
- Conventional Spray. For a smooth, professional-looking finish, conventional spray is a popular choice.
- HVLP Paint Sprayer (High Volume, Low Pressure). If you're looking for a more controlled spray application with reduced overspray, HVLP spraying is a great option. This method uses a high volume of air at a lower pressure to create a fine mist, minimising paint waste and achieving a professional finish. We recommend this for painting uPVC doors and windows.
- Airless Spray. For heavy-duty applications or large surface areas, airless spray might be the most efficient method. This technique uses a high-pressure pump to force the paint through a nozzle, creating a fine jet that coats the surface quickly and uniformly.
- Air-Assisted Airless Spray. Combining the benefits of both airless and conventional spray techniques, air-assisted airless spraying offers a good balance between control and efficiency. This method uses a combination of compressed air and a high-pressure pump to atomise the paint, resulting in a finer finish compared to traditional airless spray while reducing overspray compared to conventional spray.
