Mixing Ratio 

• 3 parts Activator (Omi-Cron) - This activator is a key component that initiates the curing process of the paint. Ensure you use the recommended Omi-Cron Activator for optimal results. 
• 1 part 2K Thinner (Omi-Cron) (10% by volume) - Adding a 10% volume of this thinner allows for proper thinning of the paint mix, improving its flow and sprayability. It's recommended to use Omi-Cron 2K Thinner specifically formulated for this paint to ensure compatibility. 

Important Note: Activator and 2K Thinner are sold separately. 

Drying Times 

• Touch Dry in 15-20 minutes. This refers to the time it takes for the paint to form a skin on the surface. At this stage, the paint may be slightly tacky to the touch, but it's no longer prone to smudging. 
• Completely Dry in 10 hours. This indicates the time it takes for the paint to fully cure and achieve its maximum hardness and durability. It's recommended to wait at least 10 hours before subjecting the painted windows to heavy handling or cleaning. 

Recommended Needle Nozzle Size for HVLP Sprayers: 1.3 mm / 1.4 mm / 1.5 mm These nozzle sizes are compatible with HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure) sprayers. The appropriate size will depend on your desired paint flow rate and the viscosity of the thinned paint mixture. 

• A 1.3 mm nozzle is suitable for a finer finish with a lower flow rate, ideal for detailed work or when using a less thinned paint mixture. 
• A 1.4 mm nozzle offers a good balance between flow rate and finish, suitable for most applications. 
• A 1.5 mm nozzle is preferred for a higher flow rate and thicker paint mixtures, but it may result in a less detailed finish.
